I have to say your helpful and expedient responses are greatly appreciated. The fact that you would take time to help a stranger such as myself speaks volumes about your integrity. This world would be a much better place if more people had your attitude. Thank you for your help and may God bless you,

The ease and speed of your lookup system is the key. I was able to keep coming back time-after-time, until finally a good number became available. Then the system really comes through with an instant reservation. I swear I thought I heard a champagne cork popping.

We found your site to be thorough, efficient and extremely useful. It contains all a person needs to know (and more) regarding 800 numbers. It would be nice if more companies had the same type of work ethic and professional philosophy that your company displays.
We will definitely not only use you again, but we will be sure to refer you to other business owners interested in obtaining an 800 number.

I was totally lost. But after I did what you told me to do originally, everything simply fell into place. I cannot tell you how extremely helpful your "suggestion list" is to transfer the vanity number you secured for me. It gave me an easy opportunity to pick & choose / compare companies. And once I chose one, and mentioned you sent me, ...well, let's say I am glad I mentioned you. Also, they had very good things to say about you, and your working relationships with them.
Thanks again.

Finding a toll free number through your site to coordinate with my new business number was a breeze. Your site is extremely informative, friendly, and easily explains the process guiding one through the steps to select and set up a service that could otherwise be a frustrating project. Plus, it's fun purusing all of the numbers!
Thank you for such pleasant customer service too!

I called and spoke with you regarding my number selection last week. I was thinking too far out of the box. Your advice to find the “sizzle in what the number would do for the caller helped me refocus from something memorable to something meaningful and descriptive. My line is going to be used for audio listings of real estate extensions and “ZIP TOUR made perfect sense. I tried it and voila! I’ve reserved a website too with the same name so all my marketing is consistent.
The manual is terrific too. Answered all my questions, especially about the transfer of my number to the call capture service I use.

There needs to be a Phone Number Market. A place where people can go to sell or purchase a phone number. I suppose life is hard until someone makes it easier…

Even if there was, it wouldn’t make it any easier to see which numbers where available off the typical wish list, because most numbers wouldn’t be listed there even if there was a popular site for that.
Take the MLS for example. That’s certainly a very thorough list of available homes, but that doesn’t make it any easier to tell which homes are possible to buy if you contacted and negotiated with them. Even as popular as the MLS is it wouldn’t help.
There’s also an even bigger problem with your suggestion, the FCC. The FCC has regulations against hoarding and brokering numbers so even if someone contacts me with a great number, we can’t really act as a broker and try to sell it for someone.
That’s why we’re really not trying to be a central place to buy and sell toll free numbers as I think you’re describing. We’re more like the GoDaddy of the phone number business, just doing a good job as a registrar instead of just leaving that up to the hosting companies who do a lousy job of it.

I think the reason I had to write this article is because some people seem to assume that everyone and everything has a price tag hidden somewhere.
