You're not their customer.  Even if it was your number, you're probably not their customer because most of their numbers are through resellers.  So the customer for that number is a customer of one of their customers.  So all you're trying to do with them is usually find out who the reseller is, which you can do pretty easily with the automated system.  That's why I like and use that number, not because they give you the customer information.  They're NOT supposed to do that and asking them directly is a sure way to get anyone to shut down and make sure to tell you nothing.  You have to have a little more finesse than that, and you have to be willing to go through some unhelpful people to get to the helpful one.&lt;ul&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;</description>
