Its nice to deal with someone who goes out his way to get you the best phone number for your company. I was in a tight squeeze with a major ad campaign about to be launched and within a day or two the number I picked was up and running.

I would like to personally thank you for very swift service and personalized service. We were looking for a vanity number to reflect our company services and we got a perfect match (1-888-9VFONES) on your website. Not only this, it was activated in seconds not even in minutes. That was something really awesome. Keep up the good work. I would definitely recommend your company to any one I may come across.

My money was well spent when I used TollFreeNumbers.com to acquire a vanity number for AviationLogs.com. I ran into some bumps in the road with my service provider when I first tried to transfer my service to the new number, but Bill Quimby was right there every step of the way to guide me to the finish line. Bill's knowledge of the telecom industry and the people in it was invaluable in making the transfer happen quickly.

Thanks for the great personal service. You were very helpful in getting 877-AK EXCLUSIVE for us. It is the perfect number for our exclusive Alaskan Lodge. I already am working with you getting another number in disconnect right now. Thanks!

Your service is awesome!! Before finding your site, I wasted well over 16 hours on AT&T's Toll Free Look-up tool. Within minutes of finding tollfreenumbers.com, I had all the facts necessary to secure my company's vanity number. The best thing was that I didn't have to keep a pad and pen handy to jot down potential numbers because you emailed me my query results.
I am recommending the service to everyone I know. Thank you so much for providing a trusted, informative, and time saving way to identify toll free numbers.
Best regards,
Katherine Williams

Misha,
You’re not their customer. Even if it was your number, you’re probably not their customer because most of their numbers are through resellers. So the customer for that number is a customer of one of their customers. So all you’re trying to do with them is usually find out who the reseller is, which you can do pretty easily with the automated system. That’s why I like and use that number, not because they give you the customer information. They’re NOT supposed to do that and asking them directly is a sure way to get anyone to shut down and make sure to tell you nothing. You have to have a little more finesse than that, and you have to be willing to go through some unhelpful people to get to the helpful one.

I called them & got stuck when they asked for the zip code that matched the phone number I was calling about. How did you get that info to get past that?

The vast majority of numbers under the Global Crossing resporg don’t ask for zip codes. Only the ones that are actually with Global Crossing directly ask for the zip. Anything with anyone else will just tell you the local phone number to contact them. So the zip code IS actually telling you what phone company it’s with.
But remember, you can only use this with numbers that are resporged to Global Crossing. For anything else you would have to use the Ameritech hotline to find the resporg. Only use The GC number for ones tha tare resporged to GC.

I called and this number doesn’t reach the same IVR system. They said they changed the IVR and phone system and that isn’t available any more. I suggested that replacing it would save them time and energy. We’ll see if it surfaces again here or somewhere else.
