“Your service and website made it easy”

I am a novice at this and as an owner of a small business in its third year, find the learning curve a bit challenging at times. Your service and website made it easy for me to do business with you.

I must admit I was a bit nervous using an online company for a service so important for the function of my small and growing business.

I had heard about your company through my search for a virtual assistant. Many offered to provide a toll free number and let me know they use your website. I heard positive comments and really got a sense of a high trust level from various answering services and virtual assistants I contacted via the web. It was with this that I visited your website and like they say the rest is history.

I would highly recommend your website and your service. I must admit, when I saw your first few e-mails after purchasing the toll free number, I thought it was an auto-responder. In one of the e-mails, you invited questions or a response; I took a chance and WOW! You replied back in less than 24 hours, WITH A PERSONAL (NOT AN AUTOMATED) RESPONSE.

I do not know how you do it, like many, I have been burned by using services on the web. My experience with your company and your site and has been the opposite and I felt the same sense of comfort and security as if I were shopping at a brick and mortar store.1-800 first place employment
