You run a great service and provided excellent customer service. I enjoyed, just like that, talking to you and your representatives, and getting the fastest and most efficient assistance. The process went without a hitch, including the transfer, the information you send in the form of a pdf document was thorough and very enlightening. I will DEFINITELY use your services over and over again, and refer everyone I know to use your services. It’s good to know the old art of true good customer service is not lost.

    I spent many hours and phone calls needlessly trying to work with the Frontier network Phone cmpany trying to obtain a decent toll free number. Their method was to have me keep sending them lists of possible names or numbers I would like to try to get and then after several days they would respond and state that none of them were available. Finally in exasperation we just accepted one which we did not really care for and that was not memorable.

    Your ebook was tremendously helpful in so many areas. It's funny how something so simple can sometimes seem so complex. The idea that one can create a lucrative residual income from a vanity number alone is difficult for some people to grasp. The way you take the reader from infancy stage to old age so that at the end he has a complete understanding of the industry, the concepts, the history, and the possibilities is really well done.
