I have been in the Call Center business for 22 plus years,
Particularly in the Direct Response side. Many of my clients over the
years, consider using Vanity numbers during certain marketing campaigns like
print and radio. I have seen some clients pay some big bucks for Vanity
numbers. My Client Kraft paid $40K for 1800- Miracle for their Miracle
Whip product for example.
Others have tried to ascertain vanity numbers and go through various quagmires and run into small print surprises and dubious conditions, like not really owning the vanity number. Clients also face challenges in RespOrging the TFN to their carriers. Thus, frankly I was very skeptical,
when my client eSafecards was purchasing a vanity number from you. I

With a desire to provide a more professional persona to the public, we hoped to capture an 800 number that could flow with the attitude of my trade in motorcycle accessories.
I came close when your system had something like 877 GOT BIKE came up, but I was unable to justify paying the hold fee (at the time)
No other website for vanity numbers comes close to you. I like the way you manage your site. Because your tools are so complete, there is no reason to look anywhere else! Someday I hope to be lucky enough to find a number I can fly with. It occurred to me to use anything I could get for now, but I procrastinated in hopes of finding just the right one!
We've stopped internet sales for the time being as we are starting to manufacture for wholesale, but expect to get going again in the near future.
I'll visit your site periodically and tell others who could use a number to check it out because it really is user friendly.. and I appreciate your great customer service.

As a small Telco service provider and reseller. I recently found one of my Subscription based 1-800 service provider refused to allow my users vanity number to be transferred without loosing all rights to my users purchased vanity number should they decide to discontinue service with this provider. I tried talking with the subscription provider but got no where. I brought the situation to Bill who quickly sent off an email to the President of this service. The results were a complete reversal of policy.
Thank you Bill and I will continue to use your company for all our vanity number request.
