In one of the e-mails, you invited questions or a response; I took a chance and WOW! You replied back in less than 24 hours, WITH A PERSONAL (NOT AN AUTOMATED) RESPONSE.

I do not know how you do it, like many, I have been burned by using services on the web. My experience with your company and your site and has been the opposite and I felt the same sense of comfort and security as if I were shopping at a brick and mortar store.
