When you helped us get our number several years ago you insisted we secure the domain names 1800reallaw and 800reallaw. Though we have not used them we have dutifully renewed them because of your initial insistence to do so. We recently expanded the use of 1 800 REAL LAW and almost accidentally and to our surprise found many competitors camped out with pay-per-click links to their websites on the Network Solutions page announcing that our site was “under construction” parking page.

We have likely lost some business to these guys but it is very fixable. But more importantly, if you had not insisted on the domain name acquisitions they probably would have purchased them and all of our TV advertising budget would have helping their site not ours. We’re so glad we listened to your advice.
