I wanted to thank you for providing the most impressive customer service I’ve ever experienced. Your website is very user friendly, clear, and simple. The responses via email and phone are prompt, and all my questions answered immediately. The manual and instructions are straightforward.

I’ve talked to many other phone services and companies for months and got frustrated with the 2 to 3 800 number selections provided. With your company, I received a list of many 800#s to choose from. It didn’t take long to select the one I needed. This is the first service that I truly felt technology was easier to deal with than with a live person. If a live person is needed, you can be reached immediately on the first try!! I hope other companies’ services would be this wonderful, swift and with results.
