“the most impressive business person”

Bill is perhaps the most impressive business person that I have dealt with in my 20+ year career as an attorney. He is incredibly ‘available’ to his customers, which is in my opinion the most important aspect of a well run business. I sent an email to Bill on a Saturday and I heard back from him within minutes of getting my email. This was BEFORE I was even a customer of his. Bill had sent me a detailed listing of possible toll free numbers for my law firm.

Finding toll free numbers for a law firm is virtually impossible. All the good numbers and even the bad numbers were scooped up years ago. I told Bill what I was looking for and he came up with 888.4.My.Law.Team. I quickly registered the domain name www.4MyLawTeam.com and BOOM, just like that I had a readymade business name for my personal injury law firm. I had been using the name www.PersonalInjuryTeam.com, and I will continue to use that name, but adding 4MyLawTeam to my arsenal is fantastic.
