I made a mistake when ordering my vanity number and gave the wrong digits to spell what I wanted- well of course the wrong number (MY FAULT) was activated but when I called Rita and explained she corrected the error, shut down the wrong number and had the correct one up and running a 2 hours AT NO EXTRA CHARGE !! what can I say but THANKS
