Bill is perhaps the most impressive business person that I have dealt with in my 20+ year career as an attorney. He is incredibly 'available' to his customers, which is in my opinion the most important aspect of a well run business. I sent an email to Bill on a Saturday and I heard back from him within minutes of getting my email. This was BEFORE I was even a customer of his.
