Your website and service was a huge help to our business. I'm still amazed at how easily we found 2 great vanity numbers and got them transferred & connected so fast! You and Rita were there for us whenever we needed a question answered and I can't thank you both enough. From beginning to end, you provided truly top-shelf service, all for a very reasonable price. I will recommend your service to anyone I know!

Tollfreenumbers.com is a great resource for identifying great vanity numbers. We at TellBill.net (mFeedback.com) acquired 877-BILL-LISTENS through Bill Quimby's site, and it was very easy. We easily transferred this number to our regular landline carrier. Bill Q continues to monitor other tollfree numbers desired by our company. It's a great service. Try It!
Thanks Bill,

The toll free number we just secured is going to be used for a networking service for real estate investors. We've always recommended that people get these kinds of easy to remember toll free numbers ... but we've never had a resource that makes it so easy to find one and reserve it. Thanks for creating such a fabulous service!!! I expect you'll be seeing A LOT more real estate professionals with custom numbers in the near future.
Thanks again for everything.

My first contact with your company was a call to customer service to help me understand how the process worked. They were excellent; very friendly and knowledge and kept me from making a big mistake with another company. The whole experience of obtaining my toll-free number was unbelievably easy from the beginning of the process through to the porting of my new number over to my provider. Not only was it easy to use your site and find the perfect number, but to my surprise the number was working within hours, not days. I would highly recommend your service to anyone needing to find a toll-free number for their business. Keep up the excellent work!

Kara Kelsey

Love your site and your up-front, trust-worthy approach.
I'm soooo glad I found your site before "buying" a number from the heavily advertised toll-free services. It means alot that you supply so much information about the entire process - keep up the good work.

It couldn't have been easier!! I entered the vanity words I was looking for, monitored the emails I received with available #'s and made my choice. Once I chose the entire process took less than 5 (five) minutes!!
Thank you, Bill!!

Thank you too for being a legitimate business. But mostly I want to thank you for providing the best toll-free number search engine anywhere on the internet. I was directed to your website by an AT&T business services rep who said I might find a number I liked there for my small business.
Yours is truly an amazing service, and whoever does your computer programming is a genius.

We used TollFreeNumbers.com to search for multiple vanity numbers and got a really good one, 866-USA-MEDS. Your ebook was excellent too. Keep up the good work and thanks for all that you do!

Is there a standard concerning number disconnects after a resprog is delivered to the current provider? For example, if I want to move a toll free number from carrier 1 to carrier 2 what exact happens? I assume that after I sign the resprog with carrier 2 it is sent to carrier 1. Is there a standard for how long carrier 1 holds the number before release? Do they just release it without confirming it is connected through carreir 2?
Thanks for your information.

Hi Ron,
Yes, you fill the authorization form out with carrier 2 who sends it to carrier 1 when they are ready for carrier 1 to release it. Carrier 1 typically responds within a few days. We release them the same day we get the request but nobody else ever them that fast. We also notify both the new carrier and the customer but nobody else usually notifies the new carrier, they just release it.
We are accountable and hold ourselves to a higher standard because we see this as part of our job but most resporgs are very unaccountable and you can never reach anyone in most resporg departments. Most people also blame the other carrier as kind of a knee jerk reaction, even if they didn’t even send it to them yet.
