Simply telling you that isn't true doesn't seem like enough. That's the stupidest excuse for not doing their job I've heard in a while. We release toll free numbers the SAME DAY we get the requests faster than anyone else in the country. That's like the motor vehicle office saying that FedEx won't deliver your license for 7 weeks. FedEx delivers it as soon as you give it to them. But the motor vehicle bureaucracy just won't ship it for 7 weeks and wants to blame FedEx.
