XO is a decent company, providing a range of service, especially to large companies, but they are always very slow at provisioning and transferring toll free numbers. We like XO customers and many XO reps send people to us, because their resporg is slow, but just don't wait until the end of your 30 days if you need to transfer a toll free number over.
