Global Crossing is large but works through so many resellers that many of the customers using them don't realize that they use GC. They are a large company so they are safe, but Global Crossing is more than just a safe company too. Questions To Provider (5) byfizudptlvye, June 20, 2011

I have received numerous call from this number and it hangs up. I call back and it is a foreign language and then goes into music on hold and no one answers. Please remove this number from calling me. (Global Crossing 888-245-7163 is the number call my work phone) I can be reached at trudy.smith@bankofamerica.com

I had recently got a text message from this phone number about dialing a full phone number to text, and for any questions I should send them to 611. I have not paid for the text feature on my phone, so I could not do that. Why would I be getting this text message and will it happen again? Please answer, thank you.
