They are stealing their customers prepaid TollFreeMax.com balances. One of the beautiful things about TollFreeMax was that you could make a payment, in any amount, at any time to create an account credit against which future invoices could be paid. OneBox now refuses to honor the account credit balances that customers built at TollFreeMax, despite their obligation to do so after acquiring the company. We have an account credit of $93 that OneBox refuses to acknowledge, have had our account moved to an inferior service (that we fled from more than a year ago), and it seems that OneBox is going to try to keep our toll free number, which we paid a premium to purchase directly from the previous owner for "hosting" with TollFreeMax. AND, as... Our payment for next month's service was deducted from our account credit immediately upon issuance of the invoice 2 weeks ago (leaving us with the $93 credit), and OneBox has been threatening us with service deactivation if we don't pay it again! They, of course, refuse to correct their "errors."... yeah, right, errors... HA! These vile thieves know exactly what they are doing.<ul></ul> These people do more than just steal telephone numbers.
