Desperately needed this level of service. We are located out of small tellco who still have the advantage of monopoly. Their Band B & Band C rates are through the roof. When we sent our business cards, 2009 calenders and other promotional items to be printed, the toll free number became 800-390-4087, an oversight. As we are a home based company, and do not have any revenue yet, we can not afford the cost to reprint everything that we already purchased.

That’s a working number with AT&T. You would have to contact them. Try dialing the number. If someone is actively using it that you can reach talk to them about it. Otherwise, you’ll need to go through AT&T and use the terminology that you want to “open a negotiation with them” for that number. Good luck with it.
