Yes, if you don’t transfer it or keep it active you will definitely lose the number. We provide a one time service, activating the number for you, and you can transfer it as much as you need to, but you have to keep it active.

To transfer my numbers, my service provider is requiring that I have a copy of my current bill to inlude with the RESP ORG Auth form. What can I do since you do not send me a bill?

Give them the Toll Free Birth Certificate™. It’s page two of the toll free manual pdf attachment that Gloria emailed you after the activation. I can resend that to you if you need it.

I had some toll free numbers for 15 years for my business. I became affiliated with another company who used the information I supplied to them, my name, company name and address and carrier. They submitted an RESP ORG form with the above information and signed the form. Although I had a password on my PHONE account, the phone company released the numbers to the other company. I made complaints to both phone companies and the public utilities department. So far no luck in getting the numbers back. They say the other company claims they belong to them and I have to sue in court to get the numbers back. Be careful-passwords will not protect the numbers. Does anyone have any suggestions on what else can be done?
