We had a Local Vanity Number Search Tool

We did have a little tool that would suggest local numbers that might be possible within a certain mile radius of a zip code but we discontinued more than 4 or 5 years ago I think. It caused a lot of frustration though because it helped overcome the geography issues and showed what might be possible but it can’t solve the timing issues and doesn’t make it any easier to deal with the local phone companies. So even though it was helpful if you understood the limitations, it created a lot of problems and questions for people.

I do think local vanity numbers have tremendous potential. There are way more local vanity numbers activated ever day. There are also way more potential numbers, and there’s also nobody that’s doing even a reasonable job of helping people with them. So there is a lot of potential for local numbers and I do want to use some of our technology to help people in this area.

    I need a 416 or 647# ending in 4278
    the first part doesn’t matter! can be:
    647-525-4278 3tc, pleas advise if you can. Primus is useless at providing the help I need.

          We really can’t help you the same with local numbers the way we do toll free numbers. But here’s a page for the search results for numbers in the state of Texas ending in 9465.

          Take a look at that and see if any of those options really work for you.

            I found one on the list you gave me. However, I tried requesting the number and sending my contact info through a reply prompt and it did not work.

            At this point, I think having an 800 number would be more beneficial (I plan on eventually having a franchise).

            Would you be able to help me find an easy and catchy 800 number with the word WINK in it?

After filling out the online form, I received the message that I got my number and an account representative would call me in next 24 hours. After waiting for three days, I called ATT small business sales to find out what happened. After being on hold for 12 minutes, finally a human voice!
