That is probably what is happening, why you're only getting some of them. The others are either in your spam folder or are being blocked bf they even get to you. You don't need to decide what service you want before you find and activate a number. We give you information on options and try to help you with that in the Toll Free Manual you get after you activate a number. You can have multiple toll free numbers pointing to your cell phone. If you were asking if you could point your toll free number to multiple local numbers or cell phones, you probably need to look at the Enhanced Voicemail services.
