As a past customer twice, I'm very impressed with this area of service that you provide which is second-to-none! I waited 1 week with my carrier to pull these numbers but found that you offered this service too so I went for it, paid the nominal fee and had my number ringing to my cell in seconds. Now that is SERVICE!
Thank you Bill!

Our business required getting a new toll free number up and running immediately. Your site definitely delivered. Within 5 minutes tollfreenumbers.com provided a vanity number and calls were being routed to our office.

I purchased my FIRST '800' number from TollFreeNumbers.com back in 2004 when I started as a Realtor working in Maryland, D.C. and Virginia. I truly believe that my vanity 1-800 number gives any business a sense of credibility! I credit some of my success to Bill Quimby and his company; Toll Free Numbers.com.
A week ago I started a NEW business using my skills as an artist/photographer to put together stunning virtual tours and home portraits for people who are trying to sell their home.
Naturally I went to Bill Quimby. I purchased '1-888-EZ-PRO-PICS.' In EXACTLY 60 seconds my number was working...ringing directly to my cell phone. I have never seen such a quick response. Incredible. I would recommend this website to anyone looking to beef up their professional image.
Thanks again Bill,

I must say I am very impressed with the agility of toll freenumbers.com.
This company has the service skills and speediness of customer needs I
urge my fellow employees to strive for. I needed to change my point to
number of the tollfree number I acquired from tollfreenumbers.com due to a temporary number my phone company loaned me while my toll free number was porting, and it was done within 10 min of the email request i had sent out, WOW! I definitely see why you guys are the best in the business.....

At our Cruise Holidays cruise travel store, we use the telephone extensively to help guests find the perfect cruise vacation. A toll-free number is very important for us and your website is the quickest way to find and reserve a number that is easy to remember. In addition, your guidelines when assigning the number to a telephone company are complete and invaluable.

I love your website. I got a great number with it, but I've also been looking for something that I thought I could do while working my day job just to bring in a little extra income and this looks like it. I just want to say thanks for your thoughts and help on this.
Thanks

Your site was great since it didn't force me to get service with you. I searched all over and you are one of a kind. Thanks for all your help.

Actually, you can point a toll free to a toll free with the carrier. The problem comes in losing the data between the two toll free numbers. If you are trying to track your calls or terminate at a call center, they won’t have any statistics available. We’ve had a company do this for us before.

No, you can’t point a toll free number DIRECTLY to another toll free number, to be more exact. The only way it’s possible is to either forward a toll free number to a local number that you forward to the second toll free number or to use an enhanced voicemail service which essentially points the toll free number to a voicemail platform which then forwards the calls out to the second toll free number.
Enhanced voicemail services can forward to a toll free number because it’s not actually pointing the toll free number directly to the second toll free number. Either way it has to go through an intermediary step because you can’t point a toll free number directly to another toll free number. The caller id information can be lost in this process because the caller id of the intermediary number may be sent to the secondary TF number.

How about this… If my toll-free # rings to my local #, can I use my local #’s call-forwarding to receive ALL calls (local and toll-free) on another phone (cell, etc.) when I’m away? I’m guessing, yes, but please let me know. Thanks.

Yes, any features that work on the local calls will work on the toll free calls. (ie. call forwarding, voicemail, roll overs, caller id etc)

Is there an existing tariff that prohibits transfer of 800 toll free calls
to another. I understand your logic,
but where is it written?

It’s not a rule, as much as just a fact of life. It’s just not physically possible to do, it’s not that we’re just not allowed to do it.
