Phone Company info available

The secure lookup does NOT show you the customer information.  We can only give you the phone company that services the number, and we can only provide that to our customers.  You would need to contact the phone company responsible for the number for any customer information. 

We used to provide the name and phone number of the phone company responsible for each number.  We were told by attorneys for the SMS800 that we couldn’t give this information out to the public.  We’re still able to provide this information to our customers though, so we set up a secure duplicate version of our site that provides the phone company information for most toll free numbers

You can subscribe to our secure lookup at https://www.TollFreeNumbers.com for only $8.95 for a year.  Or if you’ve activated a number within the past year you automatically have access to it.  After you subscribe or pay for a number, you get an order ID number on the email receipt.  Use the Order ID number as the username and leave the password blank.  The secure site is basically the same, except it gives you the phone company information instead of saying that information is available.

    I tried to register the toll free number through ATT. After filling out the online form, I received the message that I got my number and an account representative would call me in next 24 hours. After waiting for three days, I called ATT small business sales to find out what happened. After being on hold for 12 minutes, finally a human voice! I was asked about 10 questions and then placed on a five minute hold again. Finally the person again came on line and told me that even though the number I wanted was available, ATT could not reserve it!
