					<description>Hi Bill,

So far, I’ve picked two of the numbers that you’ve listed as available and your site now says they are recently taken. I suspect they were ‘plucked’ by someone that I may have spoken with regarding an 800 vanity number.

How do I unpluck them and tell if they are really available? When I click on your ‘find out more’ page it says that the page has changed and that it’s no longer available?

Please let me know if this is something that you handle? There are actually three numbers that I’d like to own, all of which were listed on that available list!

Thanks so much!

					<description>Hi Jody,

The email results are based on an indexed database similar to a search engine and they may have changed since the beginning of the month. In order to see the live query you click on the numbers in the email. That has been the way the system works for three years.

They're not getting “plucked" because of anything you do. I actually have a feeling that you might have been trying for numbers in the top five at the top of the email. Those are in disconnect, but we put them at the top to have unique content to try and get past the spam filters.

The system isn’t perfect but it is miles ahead of anything else on any other website. And it is certainly more than fair, and it’s designed to empower the end customer. There are 5000+ queries per day (and growing) with the Instant 800 Lookup and nobody is watching it and grabbing the numbers you put in.

You can send me the numbers and I’ll look them up to confirm it for you. I do want to help you get the best possible number!
