If it had been disconnected it certainly wouldn't say that. You could probably call his phone company and confirm that. Ask them about transferring within the same phone company. If you get the same answer twice and you feel confident, then use them. If they won’t help you with the paperwork we can. It’s essentially the same as cutting in line and as long as he signs off on it, regardless of what the phone company he’s with says. He said he would sign it over to me.

      What should I do next…I don’t want to loose this opportunity?
