		<description>Yes, that would indicate that the last change to the resporg record was in 04.  If it had been disconnected it certainly wouldn&#039;t say that.  You could probably call his phone company and confirm that.  Ask them about transferring within the same phone company.  If you get the same answer twice and you feel confident, then use them. If they wonâ€™t help you with the paperwork we can.  Itâ€™s essentially the same as cutting in line and as long as he signs off on it, regardless of what the phone company heâ€™s with says.  It helps if you have a bill copy but that isnâ€™t required.&lt;ul&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;</description>

		<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>If I know a guy who had a Vanity 877 number that I wanted, who by the way just told me that he â€œlet it goâ€?â€¦but it still shows that it has been â€œin use since â€˜04â€?, does that mean that he may probably still be able to get it back? He said he would sign it over to me. </p>
<p>What should I do nextâ€¦I donâ€™t want to loose this opportunity?
