I spent many hours and phone calls needlessly trying to work with the Frontier network Phone cmpany trying to obtain a decent toll free number. Their method was to have me keep sending them lists of possible names or numbers I would like to try to get and then after several days they would respond and state that none of them were available. Finally in exasperation we just accepted one which we did not really care for and that was not memorable.

In my industry, people either get it or forget it. The phone number and website have to be pretty simple to remember or nobody will pick up the phone to call you after watching your 30 second commercial. I spent hours looking at all manner of websites to find my 800 number only to get tricked into outlandish fees or contracts and then i stumbled upon this site and things just clicked.

Yes, that would indicate that the last change to the resporg record was in 04. If it had been disconnected it certainly wouldn’t say that. You could probably call his phone company and confirm that. Ask them about transferring within the same phone company. If you get the same answer twice and you feel confident, then use them. If they won’t help you with the paperwork we can. It’s essentially the same as cutting in line and as long as he signs off on it, regardless of what the phone company he’s with says. It helps if you have a bill copy but that isn’t required.
