I was curious as to your opinion on something about Sigal Communications. I was trying to get 888-444-7216. It is currently in transit with Signal. However, apparently they just got the number 30 days ago. Does that make any sense to you?

They do that. And they’ll cut the disconnect period short and drop it in less than 4 months. They’re in the Mass Misdial Marketing Business and they pick up and drop large amounts of numbers. They have some formula for determining what they think will get more wrong numbers and I think they use a spreadsheet and sort the calls by the number of numbers and get rid of any that don’t get enough wrong numbers. That’s why they may pick up and drop the same number repeatedly.
