The Keyword Lookup on the left sidebar of most of the pages here is broken. As you may have seen in some other posts, our hosting company is holding us hostage and we don’t have access to it to fix it on the current server, so it’s down until we can get out and move to the new server. You can also just email us with a list of terms and we will put in a Keyword Vanity Number Search manually, or you can just use the Toll Free Search Engine on the top of the page at TollFreeNumbers.com. The third box of the search results is based on the Keyword Lookup, so it does the same thing in real time, one word or phrase at a time. We’re very sorry for any inconvenience this causes and we hope to have this resolved very soon.

Google has clearly proven that computers are just better at search related tasks than us mere mortals can ever be.  Thanks to Bud Jay, one of the best database programmers in the country, our program brings that same lightning fast computer power to the otherwise tedious task of searching for toll free numbers.  Thanks to our search engine like intelligent cached database system, we can do in seconds what it would take hours or days to do any other way.

All you do is enter a few keywords and it’ll check thousands of numbers and email you all of the numbers that are available or going to be available within the next few months related to your words.  It’s so much easier to just pick from the list instead of dreaming them up and checking them all yourself one at a time.  Then you just click on whatever number you want to do a live search in the Instant 800 Lookup that’ll give you the link to activate or backorder it right online, depending on the status.

Most people don’t find their perfect number so we keep searching for you.  Each month (around the 15th of the month or so) when the new database is updated, we redo the previous 800 WATCH queries so you can see the very latest custom search results each month right in your email.  There’s a high turnover rate in toll free numbers so it really pays to keep trying and again the computer is much better at remembering and makes it easy to keep looking without much effort.  If you don’t want a query to be repeated monthly, you can also use the Advanced Keyword Lookup and uncheck the box above your email address. 

There are basically four sections of results in the emails, not counting the text at the beginning and between sections.  If you enter anything in the Monitoring box it will show you the monthly status and phone company for that number for the past 6 months for each version of that number.  The first large list will be the numbers in Disconnect, that can be backordered.  These take more time and effort so they cost a little more and can take a couple months depending on when they were disconnected. 

The next list is the Available numbers which can be activated right away for only $49.  The last part is the more creative section where the computer looks for words and phrases related to the ones you gave it.  The results in this section are often interesting although they’re less directly connected, but this is often helpful for brainstorming.

There are also some codes you can use to tweak the results for advanced users here.  Feel free to beat on this tool as much as you need.  We also have several helpful articles with more information in the related posts and of course you can also email us if you have any question or problem.  But if you don’t see it after a couple minutes check your spam or junk folder because it often gets filtered into there.
