There are a few that I found such as voicemailtel and network telsys. What do you think of those companies? The voicemail providers list in the .pdf file that you have included with the number you got me is a great list for people in the US, but not does not offer the same type of services to Canadians (such as getting local numbers in Canada). But they are an enhanced voicemail provider in Canada so I'll add them to the list, although I obviously don't know much about them or have much feedback for you.
