It's obvious you "think like a customer"
because your site shows you both a) know what you're talking about and b) know what potential customers are looking for. Beyond that, it's clear you want to help people as much or more than just building your own business. I've found as you communicate openly and honestly with people, and they get a sense that you are truly there to help them, they will resonate with that and want to work with you too. Thanks for the help!

You provide an amazing service! I have purchased almost a dozen numbers from you, and nothing else compares to you on the Internet. I have now read almost everything on your site, and have found a wealth of information there on how to get numbers.
Keep up the good work!

Thank you Bill, Gloria and Rita. You've been wonderful again in not just getting me the number I wanted but stayed with it until we got it all transferred and set-up. Just so the readers would know; I am saying this because it is truly how I feel. These folks are not just there for the $, they take pride in what they do. This is my second number and should I need additional numbers, I'll definitely go back to "tollfreenumbers.com".
thanks again

"I did a search for vanity toll free numbers and was fortunate to find your site. Your site not only answered the questions I had, but it offered tools that are simple to use and navigate through the many options in choosing an appropriate number. I will continue using your services as I build future marketing assets for both my company and my clients."

I haven’t seen any other services, but if I did-I can't imagine them being anywhere as good as yours.
With your advice I saved about $25K and was able to buy an 866 number from Pathways for $10k after negotiations started over 35k. So thanks so much for your help and your invaluable advice.

I could get publicity in a large daily newspaper, but ONLY if I had an 800 number to which to direct inquiries. Scrambling to make sense of the morass of information out there, I called 1-800 MARKETER and got to speak to Bill Quimby himself. He spent a good deal of time with me explaining how best to find the right number and how to make it work for me. Within 24 hours I'd found a great vanity number, had it reserved, and arranged to have it directly go to my cell phone. If all service business were like Bill's, life would be a lot easier!

As always, you and your organization respond quickly and the quality of the information you constantly provide is truly superb. It's like a breath of fresh air to deal with an organization of your caliber. Truly outstanding!

I don’t like the video at all -it lags and skips, stalls my browser, and having audio blast unexpectantly from my speakers was not pleasant at all.
I am trying to find a vanity number, not watch videos. Thanks anyway! I’ll try elsewhere.

It turns out that “Jill” is a comment spammer according to the references to his or her IP address: 74.52.215.194 and what you find when you Google “74.52.215.194″. Their ISP is ThePlanet.com based in Dallas Texas. I’ll leave this up, only because we’ve already responded to it and because she also posted a negative comments which spanned a large post about our business. And this post helps to put his or her criticizm into perspective and show its shallowness. I still think he or she may be a competitor in the shared use business.
If anyone does have problems with the video please say so, but comment spammers, please crawl back into the swamp where you belong and find something better to do with your time.

If you are having technical issues with the video it would be much more helpful if you would describe your browser, OS and bandwidth, because it sounds like one of those is an issue.
In terms of not wanting to watch videos, I can appreciate that except that it’s not an “entertainment” video. It explains the purpose and main points of our site faster and easier than you could read it yourself.
The comment about trying elsewhere at the end makes me think this is either a bogus comment or someone that isn’t serious about finding a vanity number, because that’s exactly what we do as the video says and because there’s really nobody else that does this the way we do it either.
But have a Merry Christmas and thanks for the input anyway.

Love the video Bill! In my search for a 1800 number, your site was the 3rd site I landed on. The video immediately grabbed my attention. I watched the entire presentation. It certainly accomplished it’s purpose…and very well! I don’t remember the last time I stayed on a website this long to check out all the great information you’ve provided. Thanks for the info. I’ll be back again very soon.

As I visited the site today, the new video played it wasn’t easy to find the option to turn it off. I fear that this could be deadly in many office environments where “surfing” is frowned on, and folks are in “Cubes” and don’t want to offend others by having “talking” web sites playing.
Bill, the new video is super, but I fear you are making it harder on yourself, not easier. At least display a silent page first, and give them an option to run silent or hear sounds. Then, keep track of the responses. I suspect that you will get it “silent” much more than 50% of the time. It is just required in most office environments.

The video has pretty good controls on the botom and we made it pause before anything happens and when the text of the benfits comes in too before any sound. But maybe we could put some soft music up front to let it start more gradually and give people a chance to turn it down if it’s not appropriate.
I will also as ispeakvideo.com if there’s a way to make it remember if it’s turned off so you don’t need to do that repeatedly if you go back to the home page, at least in the same visit.
Thanks for the input. If anyone else is in that situation, and the sound is an issue, let us know. We’ve used sound before because I think it’s helpful to both personalize it and explain things more easily on our text and informational heavy site.
What do YOU think?…

I think it is also nice because it makes it more personal.

Very Nice, and Informative; the smile at the end shows good character. As far as video quality, it is fine. The audio track however, is very ambient. I would use something along the lines of a Neumann TLM-103 mic on a Mackie Onyx-based preamp, record the audio track into a computer, and apply a “compressor” (Cakewalk Sonar has several) and your voice will be very easy to hear. bold, and clear. This is a good option for a low budget but long term investment to record your audio; otherwise you can have it recorded by a 3rd party studio. At the moment, it seems like your using a boom mic in an echo’y room, and I can hear equipment and/or line noise.
I’m very detailed and im only trying to give feedback, not insult, so please don’t misunderstand!!! I am bad at explaining things unless their technical, so there it is.
Anyway, I hope all your efforts with tollfreenumbers.com is a major success. They should be, because there is no service like yours. Everything you said in the video is true, true, true.

I noticed the “Jill” comment spam. Typical. As far as the feedback on hardware/software performance with your video, I am running OpenSUSE 10.3 Linux Kernel 2.6.22.13-0-3 X86_64 SMP on some $599 Lenovo from Office Depot. Your site runs perfect. Not a single lag in the video or audio. Maybe it’s my high performance operating system (hehe), but here’s some feedback on a not-so-mainstream(YET!) operating system with your site.
