Sometime you should send some letters of introduction to the carriers you recommend. Powernet global kind of thought I was nuts at first until I explained to them why I had to obtain the number through your service. I have never worked with such an efficient and customer service-oriented company. I am usually very apprehensive about transacting business on the internet but in this case, highly recommend Bill Quimby's toll-free number service. I first put a temporary hold on the number and was reminded of the hold date which I appreciated very much. Once I found the right number, I certainly did not want to lose it. After ordering, the customer service staff confirmed the order and also reminded me several times to be sure to switch to a permanent 800 service as this one was only for 30 days. I have also been contacted periodically to see if I have any questions etc. I was amazed at the level of service and efficiency provided by this company.
