In my industry, people either get it or forget it. The phone number and website have to be pretty simple to remember or nobody will pick up the phone to call you after watching your 30 second commercial. I spent hours looking at all manner of websites to find my 800 number only to get tricked into outlandish fees or contracts and then i stumbled upon this site and things just clicked.
Within minutes I had my 800 number and so many other good number choices. It took more time for me to make up my mind on which good number to use than it took to actually start using the number.
Once the number was chosen, I tested the number and it rang my cell phone within minutes of selecting it! Was the service worth it? There really is no other choice for quick selection, variety of choices, professionalism, and value. Thanks Bill!

Rita,
Again I can't thank you enough for helping me with this, you have a great company and have the best customer service. I have spoke to Bill and he is always willing to take the time to answer my questions. I'm always trying to refer your company to everyone I can. Thank you again for helping me by adding my 800 numbers, I'm looking forward to Feb 15 to see if I get any of the 800's. May you all have the best new year and thank you again.
I am sincerely grateful to you and Bill.

I spent days and days trying to figure out how to get a toll free number and what toll free I should get. There just wasn't one source with concise information until I found your website. Once I found you it was a snap figuring out what I needed and getting it. I am up and running with my new 800 number and it only took a couple of days. My phone has already started to ring which is a good thing for a REALTOR.

You need to quit providing me with such GREAT Toll Free Numbers or I'll keep buying WAY MORE than I need---just because the numbers are so fabulous!

We really want to thank-you for helping us get our vanity phone number, 1-800 MY CONDO. We also got the matching domain name (1800MyCondo.com) and it not only saves us money in our advertising but it increases our referrals and word of mouth advertising which is a major source for
our business. Who would think you could say so much with so little.

What I really liked is that the number was active within 2 hours. I was originally concerned as to how long it would take since we were starting an ad campaign the following week. This is one of the most customer friendly sights I have ever used and at a price anyone can afford. Thanks for the great service and number.
Truly appreciate you help.

You provide a great service, thanks. The only problem we just realized was that the number we searched on has too many digits. While traditional phone lines ignore the extra number if dialed, digital lines do not. They don’t let the call go through. Consequently, we now have to advertise just the first 7 digits instead of the vanity name.

Allan,
SOME cell phones (not all) over analyze it and don’t put the calls thru but some do, and some do for toll free numbers but don’t for local numbers that are over 7 digits. The issue is smaller on voip phones because most voip users use regular phones. It’s only true voip service which is usually higher end businesses that don’t use hosted services or hybrid voip.
There are lots of very large businesses that use numbers over 7 digits. My favorite is 1-800 ROYAL CARIBBEAN, for it’s extreme length, but there are lots more. I’m taking pictures of many of them to make a post that proves the point.
The problem is often overblown by people theorizing the problem, but I don’t see that talked about very much by people actually using numbers over 7 digits.
It’s nice if it comes out to 7 digits. But the advantage of having a more memorable number far outweighs the 7 digit issue. You can look for a different number if you want to but it honestly doesn’t make sense to throw out the baby just because it’s not perfect.
My car isn’t perfect but it gets me where I need to go. It would be silly to decide I have to walk just because my car isn’t perfect. Is the advantage of using a vanity number better than the disadvantage of some people having to work a little harder to reach you. I guess you have answer that question for yourself, but If I waited till I had things perfect in my business I wouldn’t have any business at all.
