Yeah! Good job to you and the rest of the team! I know [backorders] don't always work out, but I'm quite happy it did this time!

I had already purchased several toll free numbers from other businesses before I found this site. I found that it was cheaper for me to search, buy the numbers here, and have them transferred then it was to have other businesses do it. For example I bought two numbers here and activated them for $99. Another business was going to charge me $10 per month and a $10 setup fee per number for them to obtain the same numbers and set it up for me. As I said I bought them for $99 and transferred it to this other business for free. Doing this was only going to cost me a $2 setup fee and $2 per month per number. You do the math on the savings.

I am amazed at the amount of service you provided in your site. I called for some clarification, and you were most helpful. I selected the number I wanted, after three searches, purchased the number and had it up and running within a half an hour. I am fairly new to this game but will be back to add to my other businesses. It is a great dimension to our marketing scheme. I will keep you posted on the results. If you ever have anyone skeptical about you and your website, feel free to have them give us a call, and I can explain the trouble we were having with the local phone company, to even look at a list of numbers, much less find one that worked. What a refreshing approach to actually find someone that is also selling a great service, that does what they say they will do.

Just wanted to thank you for your help. I never expected to reach you on my first try and was pleasantly surprised there was no "press one for ...press two for... " etc. You took the time to answer all my questions.
With patience and a little luck I secured one of the best vanity numbers I could hope for. I am so happy with it, I am currently in the process of changing the company name to the vanity number.
Thank you,
M. Solis

Your entire team have been great and never dropped the ball. From finding us a vanity number, to registering and transferring the number to our carrier, everything was done expeditiously and professionally. We could not have asked for more.

My experience with your company has been good. I had no experience with toll free numbers and the process, so your input was very valuable. I like your site. It's comprehensive and easy to understand.
Sincerely,

If we submit a request to a different resporg and we get the number, are we then obligated to use that resporg for the carrier?

Bill,
I’m not sure if there’s any universal answer or rule, but I would say you should at least use them for a while. I want to be fair to the people I work with and for them to be profitable, not just because I’m legally required to, but because it’s the right thing to do. And if a resporg gets you good numbers, then they’re probably a valuable resource which is worth more than the difference in one company versus another anyway.
