					<description>You can try that but I don’t suggest that.  The FCC knows who they are and what is going on.  They are very well connected and have very big lawyers.  You might get them to give up a little number here or there but I don’t think it would work repeatedly or on numbers they care about.  I also think things may change with the new administration next year.  We’ll have to wait and see.
