Sure, you can definitely point a toll free number to a cell phone.  Most phone companies doen&#039;t want to forward toll free numbers to cell phones because they don&#039;t get any outbound long distance, it costs them a little more and because they are usually small accounts.  But you can point any number you find with our service to any number you want, including a cell phone.
