I just recently purchased my 3rd toll free so It would be fair to say I am happy with the service. The site is easy to use and the service where you send weekly suggestions based on keywords is a great tool. I have spoken with you and your support staff and everyone has been ready, willing and able to assist in acquiring the best available numbers. An example was 2 months ago I searched 888 38 PROBATE but within seconds it was no longer available. After speaking with Rita she suspected it was pulled out of inventory simply because I made the inquiry and she offered to follow the status. I purchased my 2nd choice 888 456 PROBATE and to my surprise Rita contacted recently informing me that 888 38 PROBATE was available and reserved for me.

Must say I feel like i didn’t get the best price for my premium number when you advertise this “two for one” on your web site but then say it ended a month ago. If you are going to have it as a “sale’ on your web site it should be available and applicable.

OK, but I must point out that two out of the four sentences in that post say that it ended a month ago. So to claim that you acted on the headline without even looking at either of the first two sentences is a pretty big stretch to say the least. It’s also not exactly “advertised,” just because the post is still one of the 349 posts down within our site.
We try to make a different sale every month, but they don’t last forever any more than they do in any business. The new lookup tool makes it much easier to find the best Premium numbers, which wasn’t available last month. So you have a real advantage that nobody had last month.
