You're not allowed to go into the business of buying and selling numbers. But just because someone asks to buy your car, doesn't make you a car dealer. As long as you think the price and amount is appropriate, go for it. You weren't using it and they will be able to turn the otherwise unused item, into a valuable asset to their organization.
