Their value is so high (and unrealistic) and they are so obvious that they either get taken in backroom deals or the big sharks get them within a tiny fraction of a second. The bottom line is that there's no chance of getting anything that obvious and it's not worth getting people's hopes up for nothing. We have 4 star numbers, 800s ending in 00 or 8**s ending in 000 which cost $999. But it's just not possible, (nor is it actually necessary) for any project to pay 15 times as much just to get 3 000s instead of 2 00s. It wouldn't give you 15 times the results or the credibility.
