If you email use asking if a number is available, we may answer you, but we’ll usually just refer you back to the lookup tools on our site. We’re not doing that because we’re lazy or trying to be short with you, but simply because once you realize how amazingly simple it is to use, you’ll be able to do dozens of queries in less time than it takes us to do one for you with the same tools you have available right over the web. We do this because we really do want to be helpful. We’re not trying to brush you off, we’re really just trying to help you not only get the answer to that question but your next questions too.

We also have to work efficiently, often long hours, just to keep up with the volume of inquiries we get. We are here to help you, but it’s really not helping anyone to make you dependent on us. We’ve made the very best tools available to you right over the net, to empower you. That’s what the web is supposed to be about, putting the power at your finger tips 24 hours a day. So try the tools yourself. If you have a question about what something means or need something you can’t find on the web, we’ll be happy to answer you. That’s because unlike other web services, there are real people here that know this business, available to help you. But please respect our time enough not to ask us to do something you can do quicker and easier yourself.

    I am truly stunned to find a ‘Business’ that has not only a written core value of empowering others but actually gives the tools needed for empowering their customers. I have been wading through your site for a couple of weeks now, have copied and pasted a few short lists of numbers for a client of mine, who asked, “Where did you get access to such a comprehensive list of available and soon to be available numbers?” I was tempted to lie and make myself out to be a hero, but was bludgened into truthfullness by my conscience answering, “TollFreeNumbers.com”. MMMMM I actually have been inspired by your generousity in service, amazing resources and that you gave me the oportunity to look professional. I still had a list of numbers that they didnt so they were impressed. Oh, and they bought a number which ill set up for them, hopefully they will make lots of money and reward me handsomely. Power makes you feel really good when used for good and not evil.

      I came close when your system had something like 877 GOT BIKE came up, but I was unable to justify paying the hold fee (at the time)

      No other website for vanity numbers comes close to you. I like the way you manage your site. Because your tools are so complete, there is no reason to look anywhere else! Someday I hope to be lucky enough to find a number I can fly with. It occurred to me to use anything I could get for now, but I procrastinated in hopes of finding just the right one!

      We've stopped internet sales for the time being as we are starting to manufacture for wholesale, but expect to get going again in the near future.
