Contacting one of our Customers
We can’t give out our customer details, but if one of our customers has a number you are interested in and want to inquire with them about, we will pass on an email from you. Then if the customer wants to they can reply directly to you and you would need to work anything you needed out between you.
You should also realize that we’re simply forwarding your email to customer. So we can’t make them call you and you should also try to make them want to call you as well. Simply sending me your contact information alone really doesn’t give them very much of a reason to call you. It may have helpful to write out more of a message that will entice the owner of that number to want to contact you. Give them an idea of why you’re contacting him or her and why this is important to you.
We can’t act as brokers or middlemen because of regulations by the FCC against brokering toll free numbers. But if the customer does want to change or release the number and asks us to, we can do that. We don’t get numbers for the purpose of reselling them and don’t allow or encourage customers to do that either. We will ban customer’s that we have reason to believe are violating this regulation and getting numbers for the purpose of reselling them. But we do understand that sometimes after you establish a number for your own business use, it may necessary to transfer that number to someone else or into a different name.
