    when you say a number is backordered, or comes available after disconnect, and I pay 795 for an 800 number, do I own that number forever? what is the 795 for? Im confused! thanks!

      You own any number you get from us for as long as you keep it active with whatever company or companies you want to use for the ongoing service. It doesn’t expire, but you have to keep it active with someone.

      You own it until you either tell them to cancel it, or don’t pay the bill for the use, which is essentially telling them to cancel it. You’re paying for the time and effort it takes to try to get it, but you only pay for it if we’re able to get it for you.

          I came close when your system had something like 877 GOT BIKE came up, but I was unable to justify paying the hold fee (at the time)
