How to ask a question on our site

If it’s a quick and simple question just email me at billquimby@billquimby.net. Email is good for short answers or questions about the status of your service. But if you have a longer question or need a more thorough answer you’re much better off posting the question on the website. We try to put more time and effort into answering questions posted on the web more thoroughly because that creates a resource for everyone.

Our website is built on a wordpress blog format so it’s easy for anyone to post a question on any page of the site. Just find a relevant post, click on the title to go to that page and you’ll see a comment box at the bottom of the page. If you have a question about something other people probably do too, and posting questions on the web allows us to not only give you the answers but to give everyone the answers. It also allows you to be a part of the conversation.

Be a part of the toll free community and ask questions, add your comments and be a part of it. We want to hear from you!

      LOL. OK, but that’s an example of a question NOT to ask via a post because that is specific to you and I need your email address to look up my copy of the emails that we send out. It’s probably in your spam folder but if you email me I’ll look for it. You can just click on the ACTIVATIONS button on the top of the page if you know the toll free number(s).

        I’ve purchased dozens of numbers over the years and love your service. I’m looking to do a voicemail application with one of the numbers that would have multiple prompts to leave multiple bits of information. Do you have any recommendations?

          I just talked to someone today at an IVR company that sounded like they can do more advanced applications like you may be looking for. Take a look at Contact Automation. We’re also working on a directory system that will list several companies, but that’s not quite ready yet.

            I have directed my toll free number to my cell phone to receive in business calls from prospective customers. If I cannot take the call at the time the customer will leave their phone number in a voice mail.

            When I return their call on my cell phone I don’t want the caller ID to show my cell phone number but the toll free number. Is this possible and if so how do I set this up?
