Thanks Bill, you’re the man! Now it’ll say (888) MAD-TAPE! Thanks for the quick turn-around and your patient answers to my questions. Thanks for delivering what you promise!

I deal with my clients on the same personal, professional basis that you do, and my competition is much like yours: impersonal, unavailable, and only interested in "the initial sale". With such a huge amount of competition in helping business owners to get set up and take credit cards for payment from customers, all of the "good" numbers were already taken. Instead, I took a different tact, and tried to find a number that would not only be easy to remember, but that would proactively push them to make the call while it is fresh on their mind. 877-2-DIAL-NOW is working perfectly for me.
Thanks for your help and one of the best web sites on the Internet!

I'm blown away. I reserved 877-MUSTSALE, paid, and within seconds my number was working, and ringing to my phone.Within hours I was in a position to start a marketing venture.

Bill and the TollFreeNumber team made it super easy for us to get our toll free number. We even changed our mind once, and they helped with that.
I've recommended them to other companies I know looking for the best and easiest way to get Toll Free Numbers on the web.

TollFreeNumbers.com presents fast and helpful responses to inquires, professional and courteous emails, was easy and convenient to find the right number, and overall it seemed like the best route to go for our company site.

You're right the phone companies sometimes don't seem to know a thing about toll free numbers. It was amazing how convincingly they tell you the wrong thing. A few minutes with you was worth hours of hassle with my regular phone company. Thanks so much for your help!

The service was easy to use, I was looking at other services first that were very costly, then I came across Bill's service, it was reasonably priced, easy to use, and he responded very quickly to email questions. Thanks for the assistance in getting us a great number for a reasonable price.

I recently reserved 2 numbers and would like to buy one, but have not received an email confirming my reservation, to follow up with. Please forward me my reserved number information. Thank you!

LOL. OK, but that’s an example of a question NOT to ask via a post because that is specific to you and I need your email address to look up my copy of the emails that we send out. It’s probably in your spam folder but if you email me I’ll look for it. You can just click on the ACTIVATIONS button on the top of the page if you know the toll free number(s).

I’ve purchased dozens of numbers over the years and love your service. I’m looking to do a voicemail application with one of the numbers that would have multiple prompts to leave multiple bits of information. Do you have any recommendations?

I just talked to someone today at an IVR company that sounded like they can do more advanced applications like you may be looking for. Take a look at Contact Automation. We’re also working on a directory system that will list several companies, but that’s not quite ready yet.

I have directed my toll free number to my cell phone to receive in business calls from prospective customers. If I cannot take the call at the time the customer will leave their phone number in a voice mail.
When I return their call on my cell phone I don’t want the caller ID to show my cell phone number but the toll free number. Is this possible and if so how do I set this up?
