The same thing will happen as when you say you want 800-FLOWERS. Oh, wait. 800 FLOWERS is at least a valid number. But no phone number in north america starts with a 1 (or zero) so 100-1000 isn’t a valid number, let alone not available. Sorry, you really have to find numbers that are available to order them. But you can do a search like 800-***-**00 if you want to find four star numbers, like 800s ending in 00.

We’ll work with you. But unfortunately there’s no simple solution like what you might be been hoping for. (If there was, it would have already been taken, right?)
First your bar is set a little too high. An ’800′ number with three totally random digits in the prefix and ?000 for the end would be a five star number and be more than 10K for that alone. What you’re suggesting it 50 to 100K or potentially way more, in terms of cost or value, if you could get it which you really can’t. That’s not something you just walk up and buy or get a price quote on like a price check at the supermarket.
It’s not really worth that extreme cost or necessary. Just because your website designer says to look for a short domain name doesn’t mean you need to get a single digit domain name, like Q.com. There’s really no point in expecting that or thinking you have to have that to be successful.
Is that number really going to give you 100 times the value and return of a four star 800 number ending in 00? No, definitely not, if you pick a decent one. We have numbers you can look through and pick like that, but they’re not ridiculously expensive. Maybe they’re just nice, or good instead of amazing, but amazing doesn’t really generate an amazing amount of more business. No matter what the person trying to sell you tells you.
Try this trick to find the best nice or good number that does match your business. Put in your company initials followed by four *s, like PDQ-****. That will find one who’s random digits happen to have more meaning and value to you! You might have to play around and try a few variations like that. You can also look at the “Good” numeric numbers section we added below the Disconnected and More Creative sections in the search results. You may have to scroll down in the second box, but it’ll show you the best pattern and nice flowing numbers. They’re just out of the spare pool so they’re just $49 and there are a lot of them to chose from. No other company does the amount of analysis that we do or has any of those.
Oh, and also keep in mind that easy to dial does NOT necessarily translate to easy to remember. Automatic opening doors makes a store easy to go into, but that doesn’t make it easy to find. An email address that’s easy to type doesn’t mean more people will email you. And if you did get 800-800-1000, you probably wouldn’t want to use 8001000.com as your domain name because being relevant matters more in the long run than just being easy to type or dial.
So yes, we certainly can help you. It may not be quite as easy as you were hoping for or thinking as you wondered in but we do work very hard to make it as easy as possible.
