I have never worked with such an efficient and customer service-oriented company. I am usually very apprehensive about transacting business on the internet but in this case, highly recommend Bill Quimby's toll-free number service. I first put a temporary hold on the number and was reminded of the hold date which I appreciated very much. Once I found the right number, I certainly did not want to lose it. After ordering, the customer service staff confirmed the order and also reminded me several times to be sure to switch to a permanent 800 service as this one was only for 30 days. I have also been contacted periodically to see if I have any questions etc. I was amazed at the level of service and efficiency provided by this company.

We don’t get or prepare a normal phone bill for the usage on the temporary service. We get a spreadsheet that shows the usage most days and when it’s getting close to going over the usage we’ll try to let people know before it has to be shut off. You can pay for a one time extension but it’s cheaper and you get more information from the regular phone company so that’s really the solution I think you need.
