Only paying for results means we don’t get paid unless we get you the number we want. One of the biggest differences between us and large phone companies is that we’re accountable in everything we do. If we don’t get it for you, we certainly don’t charge you for it.

Our fees are based solely on the time and effort necessary to get them for the customer and we don’t charge anyone for getting a number unless we get it. This relates most to backorders since they’re the ones that aren’t guaranteed when you place the backorder. We get about 50% overall of the numbers that are backordered but we ONLY charge the backorder fee IF we’re able to get it. If we don’t get a backordered number we don’t charge you for it. If we can’t get a regular $49 activation number that you requested for any reason, we will of course refund that too. But that’s usually not much of an issue if you order something that says ‘Currently Available’.

The bottom line is that we’re real people and we’re not going to charge people for something we can’t get or pay more than they’re supposed to. If you ever have a question just email or call us. We’re small enough that we still know how to do something that a lot of big businesses have lost track of, especially in the telecom industry. We’ll answer the phone and be accountable and honest with you!

      That’s an active number for Sprint. I’m actually more like match.com than a matchmaker. I can’t hook you up with people that are already married and not available. I can help you find good people that match your criteria but when you narrow down the criteria to one person, that’s kind of like going to match.com and asking them to hook you up with this specific person. That would be neat if they could do it, but unfortunately they can’t do that. Nobody can really do that for you.

      There’s some advice on the process at http://www.TollFreeNumbers.com/consulting/ but we don’t do it for you. We do have a private investigator that can get you the customer name and address if you can’t get it from Sprint. But you would have to contact them and try to work it out. We can then help you with the paperwork if you need that too. These are the only mechanical parts we can do. I hope that helps.
