Toll Free Number Questions make great Comments and Posts
I get a lot of great Toll Free Number Questions in my email ever day. And I answer them all, but I also like to make that effort benefit other people as well. So I often add many of the questions to our site as comments if they fit in well on an existing post, or as new post if it’s really not addressed very well anywhere else. This has 6 different benefits:
1. It builds relevant content for future searchers. If one visitor bothered to ask it, others probably wondered about it but just didn’t bother to ask.
2. Putting past questions onto the site allows people to find the answers to their questions faster than asking us again. We’re pretty quick on emails but it can still take a couple hours to get an answer, especially after hours.
3. Putting answers to visitor questions on the web allows me to include a link to that webpage for similar questions. This gives the answer more credibility and often a more thorough answer than I could do for each question.
4. The answers are usually more thorough and more polished than the typical email answer. That answer is usually better because I want to make sure if an answer is added to our site that it’s answered more thoroughly and correctly.
5. It allows other people in our organization (Rita and Gloria) to answer questions on the phone or email more consistently and with more credibility too. One of the benefits of being small is that we all have more communication and the people you talk to have direct contact with me and therefore tend to answer and handle issues more consistently but as we grow this will give us a base to make it easier for anyone else that we add.
6. It saves me from having to write quite as much, at least in theory. In reality there is usually so much stuff to write about that I wind up having more than one post per day already, often 10 posts per week lately. So finding content to write about definitely isn’t an issue, but it’s nice having so much material available.
We really do appreciate your questions and work very hard to not just answer your questions but to explain everything related to toll free service.
