that was painful – everyone, you must use IE and you may have to clear your cache after each order because paypal seemed to think it was “done” even though you may be performing a 2nd transaction -

I purchased 2 855 numbers but Paypal only charged for one. I received a PayPal receipt but never anything from you.
BTW the screen I received after PayPal had the following on it:
The parameterized query ‘(@SessionID nchar(20))SELECT SessionID FROM Orders WHERE Session’ expects the parameter ‘@SessionID’, which was not supplied.
