We own 1-800-24 Seven and would like to lease the number out. Any ideas/suggestions?Michael

Unfortunately there’s no simple answer to that, and a number without a specific target market or category like this is even harder. You just have to look for people that use the phrase 247 in their advertising. One simple way to do that would be to look up companies that use 247 in a trademark. You can do that at the Trademark Office, USPTO.gov.
You could list it for a ridiculous price on ebay if you want. Several people list numbers that level or below for tens of thousands of dollars. I don’t think they sell them that way but it’s easy and fun to watch until you realize that about 10 people even looked at it all week.
You could look for an emergency preparedness convention or magazine. Then try to do a little PR that ties into the name and/or do some small classified advertising in their publication or walk around and network with some of the people at the convention.
Basically the best way is to try to find a way to target the businesses that would be the most likely to be interested. Unfortunately if it’s broad like a numeric number ending in 000, it could apply to anything, but is the ideal number for nobody in particular. Your number isn’t quite that bad but it’s somewhere in the middle. Good luck with it.
