<description>You can backorder either or more likely BOTH numbers. If you backorder both, we’ll do the research for both and then send you the dates for each of them. You can cancel them until they come out, so if we get the first one you can just cancel the second one. But if we miss the first one you have a backup in cue. You can backorder them both with the same request so it’s no more expensive than backordering only one. Just don’t forget to cancel the second one if we get the first one. We'll look forward to helping you in any way we can.

<description>Also another question is do I need to have 2 back orders if I am looking to get a vanity number with 877-396-66-39 or 866-396-66-39 whichever comes available first? 877 says the number you are calling is temporarily unavailable and 866 was saying "is not in service", but then I called there was some fax noise. Should I back order these numbers?
800-396-66-39 and 888-396-66-39 are owned by the same phone sex company I was also wondering if I should try to buy one from them.

Please advise what should I do and if you can help me to get one of those numbers.

Thank you,
Anna&lt;ul&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;</description>

					<description>Hi Anna,

You can’t backorder numbers that aren't in the disconnect process. Both of those numbers are in Working or Active status, even if they aren’t going to an active customer.

If a number says that it was disconnected and gives you a link to backorder it great. But if it says In Use since…. Then it’s not in disconnect and can't be backordered. The first thing we do is to do the research to find the date it comes out and if it’s not in the aging process there is no way of knowing if it’s ever going to be disconnected or when.

<description>How do you monitor the number to see when it becomes available? How long do we have to wait for it to become available?

<description>We do the research to get the exact date after you backorder a number. The date is calculated from the time it was disconnected. It comes out 4 months after it was disconnected.

					<description>Hi Bill,
Can you place a backorder for me? I'm looking for the number 1-866-289-7466. I'm not sure if you're able to place a back order or not??

					<description>Hi Tom,

No, you can't place a backorder for a number that's not in Disconnect. That's a working number. It may not be answered in the normal sense but it's still in working status. It's actually with a phone company we call the Black Hole so you don't have any hope at all of getting that number.
